- Step 1. QSEH Star, core: This is the foundation of our solution and includes: 1 module (of your choice), Admin, Reporting, and a minimum number of heavy users.
- Step 2. Choose extra modules: QSEH Star Core can be expanded with additional modules. Choose from 13 modules.
- Step 3. Choose users: Choose additional users, with a selection of 3 user types (heavy, medium, light).
- Step 4. Choose integrations: Choose the integrations, almost anything is possible.
- Step 5. Set-up: We guide you in everything so that you can work independently afterwards.

A secure solution for document management, from version control to access control. Always provide employees with access to up-to-date documents while keeping sensitive data protected. We offer both a standard and an advanced solution.
Complaints
Manage customer-, supplier-, and environmental complaints by centralizing communication and follow-up. Cases are automatically linked. Choose from research methods such as 5W's/2H's and 8D reports for analyses and measures.
Inspections
Plan and start inspections automatically, from hygiene to safety rounds and machine inspections. Assign actions with photos, track follow-ups, and receive alerts for safety risks.
Internal/External Audits
Plan, conduct, and record internal and external audits. Documents are always accessible, and action points can be documented directly with photos, contributing to efficient quality assurance.
Work Instructions
Provide detailed work instructions through PDFs or videos, accessible via QR codes. Enhance efficiency and safety by ensuring that employees always have access to up-to-date procedures.

Users
QSEH Star offers a flexible role and permission structure that allows organizations to grant users access based on their role. QSEH Star is available in multiple languages, enabling users to choose their preferred language. Additionally, QSEH Star features a convenient translation function for certain fields when entering data.
- Heavy User: Heavy Users can access the full functionality, from viewing reports to managing training and certifications.
- Medium User: Medium Users can conduct inspections, assign/perform actions, view work instructions, and use the "Read & Understood" functionality.
- Light Users: Light Users can only view and read data, as well as watch work instructions (videos).

QSEH Star easily integrates with other software such as SAP, Dynamics, Ultimo, and AFAS, providing a single central source of information.
As a result, data such as product information, supplier data, HR, and technical service updates are consolidated into one clear dashboard.
Actions from other systems, such as maintenance tasks, are directly fed back for quick follow-up and reporting. This integration saves time, prevents errors, and offers a scalable, future-proof solution for the entire organization.
