Last week we organized a special quarterly meeting at an original location. Namely at Royal Burgers’ Zoo in Arnhem. The fact that we finally saw each other physically again after a long time made it a special meeting. The quarterly meeting was therefore dedicated to informing, motivating and inspiring each other. After a delicious lunch everyone was informed about the chosen strategy and the product developments. For example, we have built a business solution with low-code. This solution ensures that the back-end of an EIM system can remain intact and that only the front-end needs to be modernized with low-code technology. Afterwards each department told what they stand for and what they are going for. And then we enriched our knowledge. Through a workshop in which we learned the secret of a good customer analysis. In this way we were able to inspire each other optimally during this special quarterly meeting.
Close group of colleagues
Because we had not seen each other for so long, many colleagues were put in the spotlight. Especially four of our senior EIM consultants. They celebrated an anniversary last year as they have been with Informed Group for over 10 years. A total of 9 have now reached this milestone. This confirmed once again that we are a very solid and close club of people. We were catching up with all the chosen Employees of the Quarter. In the past 1.5 years we have not been able to really put them in the spotlight. During this quarterly meeting, these colleagues finally received a warm round of applause. Including a matching gift. This quarter our colleague Wilma Janssen, has been chosen employee of the quarter. She is responsible for Office Support.
Interactive puzzle tour
In the afternoon we organized an interactive puzzle tour through the entire zoo. We supported this puzzle tour with an OutSystems app we built ourselves. We had a lot of fun together and enjoyed each other’s presence. After a generous buffet we closed this special quarterly meeting in Burgers’ Zoo and everyone drove home satisfied. And the next day, of course, we were enthusiastically back at work for our customers.
