What started out as a small project has grown into a tool used by Documentum professionals around the world. With the latest release, DQLBuddy has become more stable and even more user-friendly. Following a successful Release Candidate period, the new version is now officially available.
Behind the scenes, Jeroen and Sander have continued to develop DQLBuddy together and taken it to the next level. With their combined expertise, they have played a key role in bringing this new release to fruition and in the improvements that are now available.
DQLBuddy was developed to make working with Documentum easier and more efficient. With this tool, you can run DQL queries at lightning speed, apply advanced filters, and easily navigate your Documentum repository.
The tool is completely free and based on years of experience with Documentum within the Informed Group.
This release includes several key improvements: enhanced stability, improved query and filter functionality, and various bug fixes. In addition, new features have been added, such as advanced user and group management, support for Single Sign-On (SSO), and the option to use custom JAR libraries in ScriptRunner.
“What makes this latest release the biggest step forward for DQLBuddy?” “Support for Single Sign-On was a much-requested feature, so I’m glad we were able to add it,” Sander explains.
“What’s the most useful new feature for you?” “I use the new option to quickly create a login ticket every day, because it makes my life a little easier,” says Jeroen.
DQLBuddy is available for free and ready to use.
